Dr Banwari lal Bairwa is an advanced laparoscopic GastroIntestinal,General and Hernia surgeon. He is the Chief Surgeon &  Head of the Department(General & Minimal Access Surgery) at MP Birla hospital and research centre Chittorgarh Rajasthan.

​Dr B l Bairwa is a highly experienced, first and only advanced laparoscopic surgeon at Chittorgarh in south Rajasthan.

He is the First and only prestigious Fellowship “FACS” conferred Surgeon in south Rajasthan. He has been awarded with prestigious award fellowship FAIS (Fellow, The Association of surgeons of India). He has large series of advanced laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries in south Rajasthan and has published his work extensively in world-famous international journals of the surgical field. He has been awarded “Award of Excellence” in the field of Surgery by Health Minister of Rajasthan and Vice Chancellor of  Rajasthan University of Health Sciences. 

Dr. Bairwa is the “World record” holder for performing surgery to remove maximum (300) cysts from the liver of a 30 kg and 33 year old patient. Awarded by “World Book of Records London and India Book of Records”.

He is the FACS (Fellow American College of surgeons, USA) and FAIS. He has fellowships (FALS, FIAGES, FMAS) in advanced laparoscopic, GI and Hernia surgeries from AMASI and IAGES.
